WATERCOLOUR PET PORTRAITS
My pet portraits are painted in watercolour with professional grade materials, ensuring your painting will stand the test of time. I put a lot of care and thought into every painting I create, and nothing is more important to me than creating a painting that you are proud to hang up in your home.
All I need to create a portrait is a good quality reference photo of your pet. It is important that the photo used is clear, has good lighting, and that your pet is in the pose you want them to be painted in. The better the reference photo you provide, the better your portrait will turn out! However, as any pet owner will tell you, getting a nice photo of your pet is easier said than done! So don't hesitate to get in contact with me to discuss different options and get advice for taking a photo of your pet.
In the case that your pet has passed, I would be more than happy to look through whatever photos you have of them and work together with you to create the portrait they deserve.
My portraits are all painted in standard framing sizes, to make it easy for you to find the perfect frame. If you would like a custom size, additional pets in the painting, or background elements, I am happy to discuss these possibilities with you.
